4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
