Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ scoops SimplyFit Brownie Mix (protein-based & low calorie)

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup melted peanut butter (for topping)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix SimplyFit Brownie Mix, eggs, melted butter, and water until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased 8×8 baking pan.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few fudgy crumbs.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter over the top while warm, then let cool slightly before slicing.
