1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (for batter)
1/2 cup additional buffalo sauce (for tossing)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, pepper, buttermilk, and 1/2 cup buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter to coat evenly, then place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and toss cauliflower in remaining buffalo sauce.
- Return to oven for another 15 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
