If you’re anything like me, you love a good dip – preferably one that doesn’t come with a side of guilt or a mile-long ingredients list you can’t pronounce. Lately, I’ve been laser-focused on eating healthier (read: trying not to inhale chips for dinner) and leaning into lower-calorie, whole food options. Enter: this ridiculously easy homemade tzatziki. It’s creamy, fresh, and packed with real ingredients—none of that store-bought nonsense that claims to be “Greek-style” but tastes more like sadness. Whether you’re dunking veggies or smearing it on grilled meats, this dip checks all the boxes without wrecking your goals.
